Almost all of the conditions associated with running injuries are due in some part to an imbalance between opposing and supporting muscles and structures. Many runners will come in with aches and pains that don’t fit neatly into one of the listed conditions. Whether it is weak glutes, excessively tight hip flexors, or a hypomobile hip capsule there are many contions which can affect your running.
